Monthly lot leases are $400 for single-wide homes on a standard lot,$425 for a corner, pie-shaped, or cul-de-sac lot. Double-wide rent begins at $425 for a standard lot, $450 for a corner, pie-shaped, or cul-de-sac lot. Water, sewer and trash are separate and a minimum of $50 per month. All other utilities are the responsibility of the mobile home owner.
All persons 17 or older must complete a criminal and credit background check. Upon approval of application, first month's rent, security deposit (equal to one month's rent), and title/proof of ownership are required to sign a lease agreement.

Tenants are responsible for the upkeep of their own yard, trees, bushes, etc. The Park staff maintains all common areas. On the second Tuesday of each month the park maintenance does tree limb and brush pick up for all our residents.
