We've lived here for 7 years. This is the best mobile home park in the area. All the homes are owner occupied, there are no rentals. Everyone takes pride in their home and the park is very clean and well managed.
The property manager is exceptional! They go above and beyond for their mobile home owners. The neighbors seem to really help and care about each other with extremely familial concern!

My mom lives here she just loves it and the managers are so sweet and helpful. I recommend this place for anyone 55 and older. Its quiet.
People were out walking, talking, & laughing. Everyone we asked about how it was to live here said the same thing, "we love it" and after two years here I can tell you, we love it as well!

My mother lives here, it is safe, controlled and the neighbors are of the old-fashioned variety. You could borrow a cup of sugar here.
